Ways to Support Journey House Foundation
Journey House Foundation is passionate about collaborating and partnering with local businesses, churches, and nonprofit organizations. Through these partnerships, our hope is to increase awareness of your business, ministry, or organization to our supporters and donors, while raising awareness of our mission to the RVA community!
Ways to Sponsor
Here are just a few ways your donations and sponsorships can support the Journey House Foundation mission.
Transportation Sponsor
($25+)
Our transportation services help our participants travel to apppointments, meetings, and other important engagements during their recovery journey. Gas cards help to keep 3 vehicles on the road Monday-Friday.
**Additional funding supports bi-annual oil changes, annual inspections, and vehicle maintenance.
($150+)
Hope at Home is a support program that meets monthly for parents in recovery who have young children. Each session costs approximately $150. Funding supports purchases supplies, food, drinks, and a small stipend for our volunteer instructors.
Thanksgiving Sponsor
($750 - $1000)
Sponsor our large Thanksgiving meal catered by Grapevine Restaurant. Grapevine graciously opens the entire restaurant for our staff and residents.
**This event is a favorite amongst our participants!
Christmas Party Sponsor
($500+)
Help our participants celebrate the holidays. Every Christmas we fill approximately 85 stockings for men and women with candy, full-size toiletries, and more.
Fun Friday Sponsor
($750 - $1000)
Our Fun Friday sponsorship provides funding for community outings like bowling, rock climbing, fishing, candle and pottery making, ropes courses, boating, etc. Outings average $500 for (20) participants.
Sponsor A Bed
($185)
Help cover the cost of bed fees for participants in Journey House Recovery Residences. $185 covers 1 week of bed fees for 1 participant.
