Through peer mentorship and job assistance training, we help our participants explore their skills and passions so that they can achieve meaningful employment and growth. We are committed to helping participants find “a” job so that they can achieve “the” job.
Our philosophy centers around a leader focused work ethic which enables participants to view employment as an opportunity to proactively and meaningfully participate and contribute to their place of employment.
We also have an onsite food pantry and clothing referral service to help participants get on their feet. These services are open to all participants and help keep their needs met.
