Dear Friends,

I’m grateful to share Journey House Foundation’s 2025 Impact Report with you.

This past year was both demanding and defining for our organization. Like many nonprofits, we faced funding and sustainability challenges. We chose to meet that moment with clarity and intention, strengthening our systems, narrowing our focus, and recommitting to the mission at the heart of this work: providing a high-integrity, accountable, and sustainable system of recovery support for individuals and families across Virginia.

Inside this report, you’ll see what that commitment made possible in 2025. Together, we supported 275 men and women on their recovery journeys, supported nearly 100 individuals re-entering society, launched and expanded Hope at Home for parents and children in recovery, and continued building pathways to long-term stability through housing, peer support, and connection to clinical care.

None of this happens in isolation. Every milestone reflects the trust, generosity, and partnership of people like you who believe recovery is strongest when it is supported with dignity, accountability, and connection.

As you review this report, I hope you see not just outcomes, but lives in progress. And the shared purpose that makes this work possible. Thank you for walking alongside us and for being part of these pathways to lasting recovery.

 With gratitude and blessing,

Kimberly Braine-Tillem, Co-Founder of Journey House Foundation
